The company has a lot of resources and human/ capital and indeed growing markets but alas warrants integration proper across the line

The company do not reinvest which is unfortunate and a race to the bottom as is often the case in large intl companies they work in long slow mysterious ways so if you want to get things done do it but do it somewhere else is our advice Business as usual grow up
