- poor management - toxic environment - treated interns as operator - interns have output to reach at QC, the amount of output is the same as other employee - forced to work Overtime with payment as below than Rm3 per hour - no career progression

Manage to learn many things. Good working environment.

Low paid. HR keep changing, the coordination of work is a little bad.
