Almost everything. The CPO is not well and manipulates people, she will go out of her way to pin yourself against coworkers because she fears strong staff members calling out what she is doing. They have bullied out multiple staff members who had so much value. It is not a good place to work. Save your mental health and apply anywhere else. Policies and procedures don't matter to this agency. The youth are not considered and it is circling the drain. Avoid the headache.
