      The company is very busy so you will be assigned duties before you have learnt how to complete them. It indeed pushes you to solve problems independently. Another advantage of it is that you will be exposed to different types of duties due to shortage of workers. It makes you learn things in a short period of time.

      Svantaggi

      The company is busy, while there is no OT allowance. You always have to OT to get things done. The package is not competitive neither.

      - Need employees to work hard but not work smart. - System is poor design and no one is willing to improve it, Simple new configuration but get tons of work due to the disaster design. - Just focusing on the shorterm effort while not thinking about maintainence effort. - Developers are working on a unsustainable system.
