Out dated materials, Less customer friendly

Was given one prep day off as a paid day off. Unclear if it came out of our vacation time.

Was told that all the material for classes were in a file on the computer. Well, the file had not been updated in about 6 years. Turns out teachers were making and suppling their own material, one was even paying for a site with their own money. The company did pay a subscription to a teachers resource site, but we had to edit it. We had to take out the labels and then put in the YBM label, so the parents thought the YBM made all the material, when in fact, they made nothing. We also were expected to come in 10 min early everyday, but we couldn’t leave early. Just change the contracted hours!
