Leadership rebranded to YPO and YPO Gold without truly understanding the ramifications for the constituents over age 50 and their opportunities to remain engaged at a high level. C-Suite is fascinated with the idea of sharing their "story", which is basically a feel-good soliloquy that spins why they and YPO are so passionate and caring. It is manipulative and unauthentic.

Thank you for your feedback and insights. Like every organization, YPO is not the environment for everyone. YPO has over 25,000 members across the globe who passionately volunteer their time, talents and leadership to their peers and the organization as a whole. Members from both YPO and YPO Gold chapters were involved in the development of the strategy for both the Lifelong Leadership and Learning and the rebranding. These are exciting times that naturally bring about stress from changes while delivering top programs to the YPO membership. We appreciate your thoughts and are sorry your experience was not a positive one overall.
