Work and life balance has, and always will be a priority for YPO leadership and we'd like to suggest you speak with your manager or HR business partner about the problems you're facing. As an example of improvements in this area, our 3 week minimum vacation allowance was introduced over a year ago and it has received extremely positive feedback so far.
YPO supports it's members through our mission of “Better Leaders Through Lifelong Learning and Idea Exchange”, which means there is always room for evolution and change. Our goals, priorities and strategy are developed each year, but sometimes need to be altered to meet the needs of our members.
