Zero training and you are held accountable when its wrong. I was promised numerous times I would get trainin, that never happened. Extremely disrespectful, rude and offensive upper management with zero support from HR. Numerous complaints from other employees about same issues. Company walks a fine line of unsafe DOT practices with junk equipment. They hire managers with zero trade experience or knowledge to run a facility. Micromanaged by management on a power trip.
