The absolute WORST work environment i've ever encountered. These Teamsters are a step above anything i've ever been involved with. The workers can be tough to manage with little support from upper management. Very hostile work environment at times between Union/Management. The work ethic of the teamsters is practically non-existent. There are so many "gray" areas it's unbelievable. The days/hours of work are tough to manage as well.
