Leadership isn't very intelligent so you aren't challenged intellectually but the company has limited resources so you really learn how to scrape pennies - Lack of ethnic and gender diversity in head office which creates a toxic environment - Crooked business practices where they leverage an employee's personal resources for YYOGA's own corporate benefit - Horrible pay and benefits
