Long 9 hour job days

Solid company that will give job security, good health insurance for employees. Flexible schedule and you can set you own hours and work days (mandatory at least one weekend every week). Relax atmosphere as long you hit your target. Yearly races are low but existent. At least 11 days of paid holidays. Did I mentioned that you work from a home office and see your boss about 4 days a month. Very small supervision of you know what you doing

Due to the company being new in the American markets, the company growth is slow. There has being 3 promotions in 6 year as far as I was informed. Cultural clashes with high management and corporate are common but workable. There is a preference for Japanese employees if hired in Japan not in USA. Salaries for Japanese executives or management are higher that American executives in the same company. Changes are slow and communication is on the “need to know basis” type. Japanese executives don’t speak a clear and professional English and some meetings are in Japanese even if American executives that don’t speak the language are present.
