Vantaggi
The money is pretty good.
Svantaggi
First of all, don't apply for a job unless you have 100% perfect knowledge and years of experience in every single aspect of the job. They do not want to have to provide any training or guidance, you are expected to come in on your first day and automatically know exactly what to do, down to the detail. Employers always want candidates with experience, but they don't provide a way to *get* that experience. I guess at Yale, they are so full of themselves because it's a famous university, so they feel it's beneath them to provide any training - that's the responsibility of the less-prestigious libraries.
