      Large organisation, lots of procedures, overall top musical instruments company in the world. Chances are you might travel, see factories, attend trade fairs, meet important artists... I would highlight the rock-solid status of the company, and since the European Yamaha Music was born in 2009, internal workflows and coordination is improving. Yamaha products are really top quality, you can really trust you are selling the best stuff...

      Not a real understanding of all key European identities within the company. Small branches staff are not easily eligible for promotion (unless they accept to live in Hamburg). I have met quite some talented people, but that is not always the case... (just like anywhere else I guess).

      There are no pro’s, avoid at all costs

      Horrible company to work with and work for. They push down their most talented employees and hire managers with no experience. They promote laziness and slowness and push down those that try to improve workflows. They are against anyone succeeding ever, everything is a secret need to know basis. Doomed company, soon to be bankrupt, avoid at all costs.
