      Problems are swept under the rug instead of being addressed openly. Section Manager/Leaders show bias, which breeds resentment and jealousy among members. Exhaustion drains everyone's patience, leading to frequent friction and arguments.

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
