Terrible management and really bad culture. A lot of good people are leaving n everyone else is trying to. Just when you think morale can’t get any worse, it does. Favoritism is the name of the game here so don’t speak intelligently or appear too competent bc potential is seen as a threat by incompetent management. The tension and toxic atmosphere is felt by everyone. Work life balance here means counting down the minutes to run out the door at the end of the day and praying to make it to Friday.
