Nothing really. Agency life is busy. It's called "work".

-Insanely talented creative department. Very underrated within the city. Also fun to work with. -Smart people across the agency -Opportunity to work on pro-bono non-profit clients -Management and CEO will listen to your concerns if you come to them

-Sometimes communication on nitty gritty stuff like hours reporting expectations and how to get a raise was spotty -Holding company's financial whims make people feel like a number. Valuable team members laid off seemingly without logic or cause. -Holding company would have weird quarterly calls in which the charisma-devoid CEO would spout strange personal opinions
