All the values and ethics have their boundaries where the business needs begin (some people call this double moral) HiPPO driven Company (Highest Paid Person's Opinion), they will value your talent if you are aligned to top managers.... otherwise, they will pay for somebody else to innovate. Highly intolerant to feedback... Salary inequality. A lot of efforts to communicate externally how inclusive we are, but inside there is no equality, just speeches, and big salary gaps. Usually, overwhelming workload and no support from the superiors in manage this.
