- Teams working in silos. politics between teams. management does not seem to talk to each other, leaving people who do the day-to-day work to clean up the mess - MBA-type management who are overly-reliant on powerpoint slides and often fail to bring them to reality because they drastically under-estimate the engineering work needed - Inexperienced management who lack proven experience in tech. mostly from traditional background - Scattershot decision-making and constant changes have made progress very difficult and is wearing down even the most optimistic. high staff turnover proves that statement - If you are in a tech role, it will not upgrade your technical skills as compared to working in a tech-focused company
