Yazaki is very fair to its empoyees. Even when they laid off 300 people, they paid two weeks severance per year of employment, paid for continuing medical insurance, paid for unused vacation and sicks days, and paid for an outside company to teach you how to write your resume, network, interview, etc.

I was only given assigments that matched what I had done before, so I never got to learn how to do things that would have helped me to get a job after I was laid off.
