I wish people leave this company on good note to remember pros. Almost all the employees including who worked for long time and short period, no one has left on good note.

I have whole list of cons to start with- 1. Stupid Madam who is running the show, round of applause to the management who made this wonderful decision. 2. No tools are given to employees for recruitment. 3. Managment is poor, takes 10-15 days for single payment as low as Rs 100. That payment also they would want you to pay initally and later after months they clear your bill. 3. Waste too much time on internal calls and give less chance for productivity. Post that they would ask for sales results. 4. They expect Timesheet to be filled with mentioning lesss time on call. Fyi this sheet is only discussed at appraisal. 5. FNF is never made on time to any employee. They make unneccessary deductions. 6. They mention maternity leaves but they dont pay. It has happend to one of the employee who had worked longest in the company and who was given wonderful sales in the company. Employee manual has no value, they themselves dont follow. 7. Termination of employees is not based on how you work it depends on how have you managed to keep management happy by nodding yes in everything, you agree or not. 8. Management is poor in every decision they make , i think they are less experinced in managing people and have less understanding of sales. This happens when you keep technical people into management roles. 9. No transpancy 10. One feel like living in mohalla than working in company. Very bad environment to work in.

@Talent Acquisition in Gurgaon: Company got fired because of your poor performance and bad behaviour with everyone in the office. Everyone in the office complained against you as you were fighting with them and even shouting in the office all the time. No company will keep you if you will do drama all the time in the office. You are not a team player and can not work with your colleagues. Any company will take same decision for sure. You had problem with everybody including management. Management made a decision and thought of giving promotion an opportunity to a technical person instead of giving it to you because the company found that technical person is capable and you are not. Because technical personal is smart and you are a stupid dumb so how company can give you that opportunity to you. Yes, the company can understand your frustration and jealousy for this which shows your unprofessional behavior everywhere. Company has provided all the tools to all the recruiters but if recruiters are not capable it can not be the company's fault. Instead of blaming the company for your poor performance you should see yourself as well. You were having problems filling the timesheet because you were doing nothing in the company rest team never had any issue with it. Because they were working hard and had lots of tasks to fill the time sheet but you didn't understand why you had issues with the time sheet. By putting False information and nasty emails and messages everywhere you can satisfy yourself but you can not change the fact. :) :) Advice to you from the company: Become mature and professional. Instead of blaming the world, focus on your work so that the next company can keep you for a long time. All the best for your future :)
