      In this company, the frontend is not a good choice because they don't have many projects for frontend development. At the end of the day, it will affect your appraisal. It is a good choice for backend developers.

      Flexible working times provides the best work life balance for me. Management is very supportive provides lot of freedom for the employees and also provides plenty of opportunities to work on niche technologies. In two years company headcount has been increased from 3 to 25 people now with lot of exciting projects.

      Only downside is, there is no team outing stuffs and all for the past two years. Due to pandemic!
