Management is very clear about who they want to recruit, not only evaluating people professionally but personality-wise as well; the result is a team that is at the forefront of their field and where everyone gets along very well. One of management's goals is to make YellowPepper a company where people enjoy working, and for that reason they offer some really cool benefits such as Wednesday yoga classes and Monday laundry service. The company's culture fosters a healthy work-life balance as long as one does his job. This company definitely has the potential of becoming the industry leader in its field and to grow its headquarters in Miami.
