They will tell you they’re all about growth and give you a month to be perfect at your job with little to no training because the manager who’s supposed to train you runs around like a chicken with her head cut off. Right when you think you’re getting the hang of it they’ll pull the rug out from under you. Oh but they’ll make sure to have you write out the steps of your day to day job before they fire you so your replacement has a training manual:) They make up all their job titles on the spot, no one knows what’s right and wrong there but make sure you don’t question it. If you don’t need any training at all I highly recommend trying it out. Maybe you’ll have a better experience !

We take all reviews very seriously and have set up processes and procedures within the company to ensure proper training and disciplinary actions occur. We have also implemented a 90 introductory period to our company to ensure any new hire is adjusting to their new role with Yellowbird!
