The job can seriously impact mental and physical health. False promises made before joining regarding work culture and working days. Interviewers misrepresent the actual culture and workload during hiring. Mandatory requirement to carry the office laptop home every day, making after-hours work unavoidable. Continuous pressure even after office hours.
