- The mouth managers - Micromanagement - Very bad culture. All the employees, beside the friendly collaboration, try to protect themselves from the confrontation with the managers. It would be disaster if a bug is found in the development process. Very high-demanding managers. You feel no support if sth bad happened and then discovered your code is the reason!! The rules are not specific. They just fire a person because the managers decide to. 😲 The rate of leaving or being fired from the company is very high.
