Micro management / belittling in front of external parties / no trust/ new business targets are unachievable especially when they only have 5 insurers. All about the money and gouging customers. Admin fees are in excess of 30% of Base Premium!

Company has the worst reputation in the market from staff and recuiters sides. Wages are well underpaid & staff overworked. More like a call centre than a broking house. Staff turnover exceedingly high. In the 18 months l was there, 34 people came and went. In the 4 years they were with CNB there were 84 people go through the doors. Wages were not paid on time which played havoc with auto paymets. Super or tax installments were deducted but NOT sent to the super fund or the ATO. Staff lodged claims & it took 6 years to get what was owed to me but they didnt get all of the money from the company. I lasted 18 months which apparently was a record for a staff member to survive. Was asked to be office "spy"
