This is very different from some companies which only talks about "dream and impact", but never mention "compensation and rewards"; 3. Flexibility: I have the full control of my time, and work during the time where I am most effective. 4. Opportunity: the team structure and functions are very diverse, and I believe I have a great platform ahead to explore my interests and strengths.

Personally I do not have cons so far for YipitData. I would imagine for people who do not have a sense of purpose or lack of self-discipline, might find it hard to integrate. However, I doubt that these type of people will pass the interview anyway.
