For the past several years, we have always provided substantial pay raises for all team members, as high as 30% in cases where this was well deserved. We always consider performance and growth within the company when evaluating a salary increase. Especially for 2022, significant salary increases were provided across the board, with the total average across the whole company being close to 15%, when the market standard is way less than 8%. If you feel that the way we manage salary increases can be improved, please do reach out to me directly during our regular one-on-one meetings - I would really value your view on this.
