Great central support team. Those based in Liverpool in particular enjoy a number of benefits and activities and the opportunity to move around departments to try different lines of work.

Svantaggi

The industry as a whole is cut throat and Yodel has an out of date, toxic company culture, that will take years to turn around, if ever. The business has lost so much money since it started that it's hard to get the resources - financial or human - to do anything.

All sales jobs are tough this is no exception, you have to get used to people freaking out on the phone at you. That's actually par for the course of course.
