401K scheme is a joke. You are capped at 3% contribution, Yoh doesn't match, but forces you to pay LESS in 401k, and more in Tax $$. Healthcare is terrible, expensive and avoid it if you can You never see, or hear from your account manager. How are you EVER an employee of Yoh when you never see or hear from Yoh themselves? Yoh passes on any billing issues from the client directly to you, You get no protection at all. Again, how is that being an employee of Yoh? They ask you to refer people for employment as $300k contractors and then give you a $400 thankyou. #Crooks.

The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
