Business casual, jean Fridays No micromanagement. Big cubes with high walls so no one can see you. Recruiters have their own accounts and manage the req flow, submitals, feedback on their own.

Bad benefits Commission is low & the margins on placements are lower than industry standard. Average markup is 30% which is good for about $3/placement. No reason to stay past a year. If you break 10k in spread, you earn 3.5% on each placement instead of the 3% if you are under 10. NO reward or bonus for maintaining a certain level of spread No raises. been 2 years since they have give a recruiter a raise. No employee development No bonus or job title enhancement for longevity No advancement path. Yoh hires externally. If you are a recruiter, live with knowing that you WILL most likely NOT get promoted. only a few get promoted, this is WELL below industry standard.
