- flat organization, good exposure - financially sound, decades old, family run (stable) - base salaries good (comp plan average at best)
Svantaggi
- parent company strong arms the Yoh division (parent's financial performance dictates what Yoh Staffing does) - all back office processes are 10-15 years behind the times - recently updated ATS but it still doesn't integrate with mandated SAP systems - paper forms and emails dominate - minimal opportunity to advance - no real strategy/vision, management is reactive
