13yPersonally, I agree that the people at Yoh really are smart and talented and every company has challenges with processes. However, the thing I like about Yoh is that we are empowered to come up with solutions and I think the company is open to peoples' ideas. At least where I'm at, we're always striving to get better. As far as Senior Management listening, I think they're getting better. : )
