Pay in general was staggeringly low compared to other companies, potentially the lowest in the country. . Gave unfair treatment to people that have been there longer and in certain social circles. 'Old boys club' seems to be the term. . Openly hostile to the LGBTQ, minorities, the disabled, and unsympathetic to mental health issues.
