      Good salary and the production team is experienced and consists of high performers from multiple industries.

      Svantaggi

      Bad leadership and strategic planning caused a substantial loss of good recruiters and account managers. Resulted in loss of tribal knowledge. Training program for new account managers are lacking and ineffective. A lot of gossip and trash talking from all levels, including management. Management continues to scapegoat people in the company when there is a “bad quarter”.
