It depends on the project or team you are assigned to. In my former department, i was lucky to work with some of the best and hardworking engineers. But the work itslef could be boring. Before the oil crisis, the pay and annual salary increment were Ok.
Svantaggi
In the other department, the people are generally lazy. There is no fair distribution of tasks. I also dont like that they took away one month of variable bonus.
