As for the rest of the comments, we can assure you that we do respect our employees work life and balance and having had experience in the world of iGaming is not a pre-requisite for the role. This can however be asked in order to understand what is the candidates perception and experience with gaming. We pick the candidates based on a combination of skills, professional match, motivation and attitude. We are sorry that you feel the feedback about your lack of experience was incorrect. As it is with hiring for any role, there can be people that have a lot of great attributes, but there is someone better fitting for the position in terms of their background.
