More forced overtime than you wish you would have. If you volunteer over every other day they can still force you in-between those days . Over-ins for overtime. work second shift stay until 3am and have you back in at 11am. the company has a tendency to hire a bunch of employees and then firing a bunch at 90 days saying it's due to poor performance or whatever their excuse is without a verbal or written warning after receiving a good eval 30 days prior. It seems to be a general practice that's well known around at least the Big Rapids area.
