Pathetic behaviour of HR team - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Yotta

Worst HR team I have ever seen. They have no co ordination. They have hired naukri for their initial screening purpose but dont have any communication with them. Misunderstanding and miscommunication is their key. Although trying to reach out to them over calls multiple time they don’t happen to receive any calls. I was selected at a day and after 1 month I received the joining date. Also the salary was not given as per my expectations. They tend to you somewhere near your expectations but dont get fooled. The deductions are not discussed earlier and hence in hand salary is hampered. Think before giving an interview into yotta because an organisation grows only with and because of its employees.
