Vantaggi
Sometimes management will give you free lunch I guess.
Svantaggi
Unfortunately, the company culture here and lack of clear vision contributed to a great deal of burnout, particularly for the sales and marketing team. In my relatively short time time there, I've watched SEVERAL employees be let go for no discernible reason or leave on their own accord without even being able to finish out their two weeks. It pains me to see actual qualified individuals working here, there's simply no reason for it. There are absolutely no opportunities to work from home (regardless of a COVID outbreak in the office or extreme weather conditions), bare minimum benefits, and upper management is exceedingly difficult to work with. There is a culture of rampant gaslighting, manipulation, and control. It's all about toxic power dynamics for management - it's how they keep certain employees loyal to them while weeding out others that are privy to their nonsense. Sure, there's definitely room for upward mobility at this company. But, that's if you take into account their mindboggling turnover rates, and the fact that you'll probably have to cater to every single one of leadership's ridiculous whims. The "leadership" (and I use this term loosely) in charge at YFS has absolutely no idea how to run a company or treat their employees. Middle schoolers have more freedom than the employees here. This is truly the most oppressive atmosphere I've ever had to work in. Oh, and did I mention that you're not allowed to greet or make eye contact with the CEO? Major red flag in case you didn't know. If you're considering working for this company, I urge you to reconsider and find somewhere else. Even the worst remote job on earth is better than working in that dingy old office with cameras watching your every move. You First Services will not be conducive to your growth either personally or professionally and you'll likely become burned out rather quickly. There's a reason why there are far more worse (and actually authentic) reviews than good. Proceed with caution.
