Fun place to work where everyone has a positive outlook. Others are shown the door back out, which may cause some bad reviews here. Execs who care about employees. CEO personally covered the financial rough patches before the company became profitable. CTO understands family priorities and takes care of his team.

The company is lean, only having become profitable mid-2014 The office is small and a bit cramped. You'll be working very close to other co-workers Not a place to hide, employees who don't perform are let go

Good culture in certain areas of the department. Snacks, though you lack the management in this. Employee benefits. Catered lunches.

A CTO that is trying to replace the CEO. To put it into perspective, a great project manager that was making the company transparent left because the CTO could not learn how to play nice. There is no direction and no one to lead them. Many people have tired to paint a picture for the C-level, but they are stubborn and do not care to grow the company within. Employees have tried to explain and clarify issues, but there is no voice here. The voice comes from the CTO. CTO, stick to your job and manage your team. Learn to focus on your role and nothing else. CEO, listen to your people. The reason they bother you so much is because they care. If nobody cared they would have been long gone by now. Be the project manager, be the leader that the company needs because your CTO is poisoning the company. You have a team that cares, put it to use.
