- As per the headline, they let go of an intern within a month, citing performance issues. They made that intern relocate before starting.
- They are not organized.
- They waste time with unnecessary meetings.
- No mentorship/ no training.
- They are new; they are probably still figuring out what they do.
Isn't it strange that there are positive reviews within weeks after 1 negative review? And one of the positive reviews is from an employee with 8 years of experience? (Despite the company being new??)
