Candidates Beware! - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Young Engineering

Do not work for Winston Young. This was by far the worst decision I have ever made. As another reviewer mentioned, he will belittle you from day one. There is absolutely no training provided, on either their product or procedures. Blame will be placed all around, and no one has the guts to take responsibility for their actions. Management will look at you as a number, the business is failing yet changes are not made to correct this, though some have tried (employees not management). As yet another reviewer mentioned, work does indeed border and absolutely is illegal. I would not recommend doing business with Young Engineering in general as Winston has thrown ethics to the wind. On a side note, I hope whoever reads this heads my advice, I am not a disgruntled employee, I just want to warn anyone who may be entering the "revolving door" that is Young Engineering. I wish I had taken the previous reviewers advice.
