If you like to be micromanaged then this is a job for you. You’re expected to learn everything in a week. You can’t ask questions to learn about the products you’re selling or gain product knowledge. The owners lie about inventory and also lie to make them look good. There is no culture or core values in this company. They are disorganized and blame the issues that they are going on throughout the company to the workers that come to work in and work hard. There is no diversity in this company. If you’re a Millennial or Gen-Z person, you will NOT like this company!

The people that’s about it

The owner yells about everything. Lies to customers to get the business and when his lies come back to bite him in the butt he tries blame it on someone else so he looks like the good guy. The left hand doesn’t talk to the right… sales has no inventory to sell. Inventory planning does the best it can but takes 99% of the blame when the world is having issues in supply chain post covid. Owner doesn’t use ERP system and has everyone do double to the work, when you provide him with what is asked he comes back yelling telling you it’s not good enough.

Svantaggi

Owner has temper-tantrums every day and blames others for his short comings. If you're a sales person, he will cheat you out of commissions.
