I enjoy this job, my co workers are nice, hardworking, helpful individuals. Heather is probably the best Manager I've ever had. Our work hours are good, I like that we get off an hour early every Friday. Everyone believes in "Teamwork Makes the Dream work!" I like the fact that the company pays 50% of your health insurance, and they acknowledge birthdays and employment anniversaries. Scott is a good guy! He is much like any Owner of a company with employees-he just wants everyone to do what he pays us to do and that is our job! If you have a good attitude, willing to receive advice and direction, and just do your job, you will do fine here. I have been here for 9 months and haven't had any issues with Management or my co workers. We all work together very well.

With me being in Sales, it can get very stressful when Sales are slow or people back out of a Sale. Meeting deadlines and goals is always stressful no matter the job. I just keep a positive attitude and stay in communication with my Manager, Heather who helps me a lot and it works out.

When you give you regsignation

Where do I start... Scott is the most unrealistic person. No direction, you are giving a book to memorize which is impossible to do then asked if you have read the book every 5 minutes when you have a question. Apparently Scott thinks you can have the "sales" down within 2 weeks. Unrealistic expectations by any means. Scott probably hasn't sold anything in his life, and for someone that has worked with Dr.'s and knows how they think apparently has never made a sales call. Turn over is high and is due to Scott and only Scott. What Scott needs to do is read a leadership book instead of hanging out with the Dr.'s that he knows. He probably couldn't give you 5 leadership qualities off the top of his head. I guess people with no idea what they re doing can run an business... Only in America can this happen. Go Figure! He is very closed minded and has no idea how to lead a team which is probably why he tries to hire managers to do it for him but then can't manage the managers then they leave. He would best be suited in a warehouse position on a supply line where its just him and him only.
