      If you are assigned good clients you will enjoy it and benefit from the "35 hour week",

      All of my assigned clients were in various stages of accounting mess and needed MUCH MORE time then what was allotted. My asks for support or additional staffing fell on deaf ears and was told to please the client. I could only bill 35 hours however was working much more with no change in compensation.

      Thank you for sharing your experience and for your contributions during your time at YPTC. As you note, one of the benefits to working at YPTC is a 35-hour work week. In those situations, in which a client’s needs extend beyond 35 hours per week occur, we ensure our client service staff are compensated for additional hours worked. Once again, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to continually strengthen our employees’ experience.
