You are treated as just a number here. Even if you reach the top ten, the company will continue to micromanage you and demand more from you. Weekends are mandatory, and you are not allowed to take any time off from October to December 31st each year. Additionally, after you leave, the company will hold your license for six months, preventing you from joining another company.

The ONLY good thing about the company is a bi-weekly paycheck. There are no other Pros for this company.

Cons pay is ridiculous. You are underpaid for the amount of work and effort you put in. The company gets you in with over promises that you will never see. The CEO is the one that will promise you the world and pay you nothing. I've been a high performer with Medicare my entire career at every company I worked for making anywhere between 20 and 30k during AEP. I worked this AEP with this company and made a commission of 4k. They robbed us and they will rob you if you let them.
