Family Feeling. Sense that everyone wants to deliver for the company so it can meet its objectives. Feeling of camaraderie across multiple depts whether this be by doing HiiT classes or discussing product creative

The main office space is in Southend which is just too far to travel to each week. Part of my role is working across dept and it would be great to be able to engage with different departments say once a week in a shared space. No health care or life insurance cover, not great holiday allowance or paternity cover. No set training identified however I know this is something that will come in the near future to help my growth.

Everyone in the team, no matter what level of seniority provide support, general advice and answer any questions that you may have at any given time. There is a strong team energy within Yourkeys and one to one manger meetings take place fortnightly to discuss what is going well with your role, what needs extra attention and to see how you as an individual can be supported more by the business if required. Working from home is great and with communication levels so high, you don't even feel like you are sitting alone at home the majority of the time! Full flexibility is given in terms of working hours and you are made to feel genuinely valued.
