Good and young vibe and atmosphere

Terrible leadership, Middle management non-existent. There was not much to learn and no responsibilities were given. No growth at all. It's just a job to use temporarily as a platform while you search for something else. It is not recommended to join unless desperate or unemployed.

Confidence on the phone, looks good on CV, gives you an insight on how a Yumping business model works.

They tell you to ring/email new/current business partners about being on the platform. You don't learn anything apart from how to dial the phone. No motivation either from senior management, they hardly talk to you.
