Salary policy : Very less EPF No flexi benefits (Edu allowance, washing etc ) No employee friendly pay Don't know when Variable pay will be disbursed HR policies : Cheap business travel policy. Giving pennies and deducting taxes on it. No first time travel allowance 9.5 hrs time . Raised concern and they are saying it is sez rule. Don't we ever worked in sez ?? Desktops .. no laptop facility No Compensation off for taking up interviews on weekends.. No proper access of mail from outside Relocation allowance claim problems No cab shifts No shift allowance "Process is not yet defined" is well defined here It's been one year, celebrating 1 year funcs but still don't have performance appraisal policy Worst politics in HR process Worst talent acquisition team - hidden policies Bond for travel No leaves in probation No idea about when the variable pay is disbursed No proper salary credit for some employees due to inefficient hr No goodies. Still people are wearing Bosch, hyundai mobis backpacks No process for employee route map and career Managers don't have enough powers to rate employees No proper route map for employee.
